WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO AMAZING?
Our mission is to spread reefing across America, and to do that we want to make as many corals (and many other ocean friends) as affordable as possible!
As a group of family and friends into reefing, we know how expensive this hobby can be. Oh trust me, we know. Our wallets know.
To make things more affordable for everyone, we have decided to ship directly from suppliers around the world, cut out the middle man, and aquaculture many of our own products. What's more exciting than receiving amazing corals at your door step? Getting these corals at amazing prices!

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT OR LOCAL PICK UP OPTION?
We are located and ship out of Yorba Linda, California!
For customer safety, we are currently allowing only curbside pick up when requested. When you place your order, please select local pick up option as well as the pick up date.
In the Order Notes, please indicate your specific pick up time that is between M-F: 9:30a-12p, 4:00p-6:00p.
If you need a pick up time outside of these times, you may also put in your desired time and day, and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Alternatively if you did not indicate a pick up time in your order, or if you want to change your order date/time, Contact us at (714) 248-5516 and text us:

ADDING/MERGING TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
*Please note during the holiday season, any changes to an order must be made 48 hours prior to the chosen delivery date.
If you already placed an order and want to add additional items or make any additional changes, you can do so by placing a new order prior to cutoff time of 8:00 am PST / 11:00 pm EST on the date your order is supposed to ship out.
For your new order, order your new corals as normal and select the same shipping method, address, and arrival date - you will receive an automatic refund of any extra shipping costs within 1-7 business days if your subtotal is over $299.99.
We ship using UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight for all of our orders for arrival dates on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
UPS Next Day Air and FedEx Priority Overnight delivers by 10:30 am and 5 pm depending on your area.
The shipping cost for the weekday delivery is a flat rate of $39.99 UPS and $49.99 FedEx, with free shipping available for orders $299.99 and above!*
*$299.99 is based on the subtotal amount of the order and after discounts are applied

HOW DO I USE MY LOYALTY POINTS / REWARD GEMS?
At the bottom of your screen (both desktop and mobile), you will see the link to sign up and earn Reward Gems. Once you register or log in, you will see your eligible rewards and be able to apply them to your purchase!
We use a combination of three lights in various configurations on our tanks:
Radion XR30 Pro, Aquaillumination (AI) Hydra / Prime, and Phlizon LEDs
Our color spectrums and PAR vary depending on coral type for best optimization.
Pictures of our corals are also taken from under these lights.
We do our best to keep the numbers within this range. Use this information to compare to your tank or system.
Alkalinity - 8 -12 dKh
Calcium - 400-500 ppm
Magnesium - 1300-1450 ppm
Salinity - 1.0235-1.0245 specific gravity
Temperature - 76-78 degrees Fahrenheit
Pictures are taken with an iPhone 12 Pro Max under lights noted above. We use both white and blue lights to get the most accurate pictures of our corals.
We do our best to honor requests by our customers, including but not limited to extra ice or heat packs, shipping into difficult weather conditions, and/or shipping to specific shipping hubs/centers.
However we ask if any request is contrary to our recommendations for the health and safety of your order, please note that the Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy will not apply.
